Before a unit gets sent to a customer there are certain checks done to ensure the unit does work properly and does not go to the customer faulty.

• Check that the end caps are tight
• Check the units voltage
• Check that the baton clocks points
• Check that the points clocked are downloaded, and the date and time is correct
• When doing the download check that the unit has the correct serial number
